Eligible returns are collected from your doorstep without collection or restocking fees. After collection, we inspect the product within approximately 24 hours before confirming the appropriate available resolution for you.

If an eligible replacement is unavailable, approved refunds are processed through bank transfer following inspection. Funds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your banking provider.
